  • No. We use an LED light to accelerate the bleaching effects of the hydrogen peroxide gel. We have different strengths gel and adjust accordingly as we go. Usually, clients are able to handle the highest strength gel with minimal to no discomfort.

  • Yes. We ask that you refrain from eating or drinking anything with color or acids for the first 3 days. Also be sure to brush your teeth after each meal.
